It all begins with an idea. I’ve been in management in the automotive retail space for 13 years. My wife Mindy has been in the MLM/Direct Sales business for 22 years. For well over a decade I have trained, mentored and lead a team daily. With 35 years combined experience my wife and I often have discussions about how satisfying it is seeing the individuals we have worked with reach new levels of success in their careers allowing them to live a lifestyle they didn’t know was possible. We are humbled by the phone calls, text messages and emails from employees and often former employees at random times day or night, holidays etc., sharing with us how we have made an impact on them, changed their lives by teaching them all the things it takes to make it in business and ultimately in life.

So now we find ourselves compelled to create a platform that will allow us (and hopefully a handful of awesome contributors) to share that knowledge in order to reach more people and make a bigger impact in our world! Our newsletter is 100% free and will offer insights into personal growth, business growth everything from developing good habits in life, how to interview for a new career. This effort is to take some of the curves out of the road of life.
